This is why I sometimes hate Los Angeles:

But, despite the soul-crushing smugness of some of its inhabitants, and the evaporating heat of its particulate atmosphere, there are lots of great things in LA if you know where to look.
Today we had lunch with Voice Director Ginny "Scorchy" McSwain (http://ginnymcswain.com/).

Ginny is one of the great things in LA. She's worked on many awesome projects (including a bunch of mine), won Emmys, and destroys her enemies. Anger her at your risk.
Ginny was the voice director for a show that HTF producer David Ichioka and I created back in the '90's, "Bump in the Night" http://www.cs.utah.edu/~mflatt/bumpy/.

If you've never seen the show you can get some of the videos and a DVD on amazon.com.
Susan and I had dinner with a composer buddy of ours named Jim Latham (http://jimlatham.filmmusic.com/) and his lovely wife Lisa. Jim was the composer on "Bump in the Night" (as well as a million other animated and live action shows, movies, and whatever). If you go to his website you can download all sorts of cool sound files.

Here's Jim posing with Cheech Marin, who played the earthworm for us in the "Bump in the Night" Christmas special. Good times!
Only a few more days until the 'Con! I can hardly wait!

Man, Ken! You've worked on heaps of shows I used to watch! Gumby, Bump In The Night... ok, two. But what else have you done? I've probably grown up with them, too!

Wow, Ken. You've covered quite alot of the spectum as far as the entertainment mafia/media industry goes...
I've always wanted to go "multipurpose", but I can never gather myself, the time (Or resources) up to do that kind of thing.
It's amazing what some people do!
... And by the way... You only saw the tip of the iceberg... In Victoria, BC, there's a ton of snooty people that drive around in Porsche Carerras (And up) all the time. But they don't plaster that same little self proclaimed affiliation with road "superiority" all over their car liscense plates. They prefer to park their vehicle in the utmost abandoned corner of a localized parkling lot and "calmly" rev their precious car before finally parking and extracting themselves from it.

If you went "multipurpose" what would you do?

Ken,
You're not the only one with IMDB credit my friend. Check out this killer list. There are some quality shows on this one.

A very interesting list, Warren. A very wide ranging career there. That funny little thing called the "Happy Tree Friends" (whatever that is) seems interesting, though BMX XXX seems worth a look as well.
